Subscription & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open your iPhone's Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap RADAR → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then.

How do I restore a previous purchase?+

In the RADAR app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This recovers any active subscription tied to your Apple ID at no charge.

I was charged but the app still shows "Free."+

First try Settings → Restore Purchases in RADAR. If that doesn't resolve it, email us at support@radarhq.xyz with your Apple ID email and we'll fix it within one business day.

I want a refund.+

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the RADAR charge. Apple handles all refund decisions per their App Store refund policy.

Account & Profile

How do I change my username?+

In the app go to Settings → Change Handle. Handles must be 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only. Note: changing your handle breaks any existing links to your public profile.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm twice. Deletion is permanent — all holdings, posts, and account data are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

I forgot my password / can't sign in.+

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? to receive a reset email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same provider button — RADAR does not store a separate password for OAuth accounts.

Portfolio & Data

My portfolio value looks wrong.+

Pull down to refresh on the Portfolio screen. Quote data updates every 30 seconds during market hours. If prices are still off, the upstream market data provider may be delayed — this typically resolves within a few minutes.

Can I connect my brokerage account?+

Not currently. RADAR is a manual-entry tracker — you add holdings yourself (symbol, shares, average cost). Brokerage sync is on the roadmap.

Is RADAR's data financial advice?+

No. RADAR is an educational and informational tool only. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. See our full disclaimer.

Privacy & Security

Who can see my portfolio?+

Your portfolio is private by default. Change visibility in Settings → Privacy → Portfolio Visibility. Options are Private, Followers Only, or Public.

Does RADAR sell my data?+

No. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy.
